We've identified a single user that is trying to simultaneously deploy hundreds of staging repositories, which is blocking all other users trying to deploy. We've temporarily blocked that user and will now need to clean up their staging repositories and restart the underlying service. During this maintenance your builds will encounter 5xx errors, and any staging operations you've started will be cancelled as part of the maintenance. You will have to retry your publish attempts after the maintenance completes.
