We are performing a scheduled maintenance upgrade to the SNAPSHOT publishing infrastructure. During this maintenance window, SNAPSHOT publishing and enabling SNAPSHOTs for namespaces will be temporarily unavailable. Artifacts resolution from Maven Central and release publishing are NOT affected.
