The constant timeouts for staging operations have resulted in over 2000 open staging repositories on oss.sonatype.org. Not only does that impact performance, but it impedes our ability to diagnose the problem. Staging operations initiated by users will be blocked during this maintenance window so that our internal cleanup jobs can complete. Read traffic will be allowed, but expect deployment builds running in this window to fail.
