The restart from this morning hasn't seemed to have made much of an improvement. Staging operations will be paused off and on for the next hour to allow piled up staging operations to complete. This will produce 405 errors. At the end of the maintenance, we will restart oss.sonatype.org, which will produce 5xx errors.
